Overall, I had no real substantive dislikes about the software.

While the raw data export meets the need, it's not ideal.

We were looking for software that would make it easy to allocate hours to jobs and would not require staff to clock in/out, and Actitime fit the bill perfectly.

The ability to easily set up customers, projects and tasks.

Easy input for excellent time-tracking, reporting, and accurate cost analysis.

Constantly updated, friendly interface, very intuitive, has cloud hosted and self-hosted options, the time sheet layout and display is really amazing and simple to use, but powerful at the same time.

Sometimes its a bit awkward to use when I need a more fluid system to account for vagaries in time. However, it is very reliable.

Lack of some functionalities such as calendar (in advanced form).

With actiTIME I have managed to maintain two good functions or factors in my company on foot, the time and projects, all with the excellent quality that actiTIME provides me.

However as we are getting more and more of our practice into cloud based apps I think we'll eventually be looking for a more integrated solution.

Have been using ActiTime since 2013 - first as a on-premises solution and now the cloud version. It is one of the integral part of our service delivery process.

Customer service is helpful. We have had some issues; but they help us.

ActiTIME fits our company perfectly since it's so customizable and easy to use.

There is no way to export a database or back-up project information.

I can open it anytime I need  to see the performance of my employees or issue the incoice for my clients. I would recommend actiTIME - good quality for cheap price.

Better integration with excel will help us, for example, exporting Actitime data. We always use txt or csv files, and then convert them to excel.

The customer service has been very good. It makes it easy to keep track of hours.

Reports are clear and have great functionality. The App is great and saves time when filling in timesheets.

I hope this will be the best solution for my company. Very intuitive program, easy to use with no learning curve needed.

Our company switched platforms from Zenefits to Paycom and I've been extremely dissatisfied with the new program.

THE QUICK PUNCH SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK AND DOES NOT REGISTER MY PUNCH IN OR OUT. WHICH THEN GIVES ME A MISSED PUNCH STATUS.

Paycom is an efficient and user friendly HRIS system that includes applicant tracking, on-boarding, payroll, and HR metrics. This is a wonderful, cost friendly tool for small non-profits.

I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.

While there is cons, I still like it. Is a great way to do my log records at my own comfort.

Paycom is a powerful yet very easy-to-use software. Their customer service is THE BEST.

Some of my staff have complained about the software not working correctly when downloaded as an application on their phones.

It was a way to integrate our HR experience and it's done that job effectively.

Better than paper checks and no web archive, but improving the intuitiveness Of it would be great.

This software is limited in the sense that when you are trying to do bulk  uploading for time cards it will not let you do it if it's towards the end of a pay period.

Paycom pays their sales team and integrations people based on the success of the company they are selling to.

The fact we have had the same payroll error were the system doesn't pull in employee raises 4 TIMES in a row and the problem is not fixed.

This is probably the best single-use/integrated HR-related platform that I have used, especially regarding how far-encompassing it is.

I very quickly realized that this system was not going to work for our team and moved to cancel our account and the customer service was pretty awful, going all the way up to upper management.

I can rest easy knowing that things will always be resolved timely. The interface is user friendly and Paycom is always making updates to make things even easier.

The only problem I have is going  back to add hours, if I forgot to clock in/out.

I can view my paystubs and make changes to my information as well. There are features we don’t use yet like mileage tracking which is awesome.

Paycomm ease of use, customer service and costs is why we chose them and keep them.

The Mobil app is super easy to use. They are also very trust worthy.
