Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • As the title says ActiveCollab seems too rigid but it has all that you really need. Very rich in features and super helpful for medium size agencies and SaaS. I enjoyed using it.

  • Works as expected. Its really easy to use, it has awesome features to create time and ticket reports, if you want to keep track of your time and tickets it is a perfect tool.

  • Cons

  • It is really good tool, only issue i have it is that sometimes it is really slow, it takes few seconds to do one action, but than it is back to its old speed.

  • The Mac app is still being worked on, and it has a few startup bugs, but works fantastically, otherwise.

  • Pros

  • Beautiful design. Incredibly easy to use. Love it all.

  • It is great how you are able to work on the same doc at the same time. I really appreciate the collaboration tools it offers

  • Cons

  • It takes a bit to learn. The tutorials are helpful, but they dont cover everything. It takes a while to learn all the available functions. And it would be nice to have more font features.

  • This didn't work well for what I was trying to do. Integrations are complicated if even possible and it runs pretty slow.
