  • Pros

  • Because they feel like they can see everything that's happening with long term and short term projects, a freedom for creatives to be creative has been a very welcomed change.
  • How easy is to create projects and tasks and assign various people to the jobs. We really appreciate the flexibility and being a web tolls is a great benefit.
  • Their customer service has been very responsive and helpful throughout our set up and we're overall very happy with the product and functionality for our needs.
  • Cons

  • The only reason for that would be, there is no (or that was not back then) an integration with Git or other version of control system. It was simply a missing feature back then.
  • The only thing I have found that I dislike about ActiveCollab is there is no due date for overall projects.
  • Time logging was difficult compared to the software we moved to later.

  • The ability to use Sage for small business as far as daily accounting, accounts payable and receivable is vey good. It offers a lot of other useful applications if you wish to grow.
  • This software is great for small businesses like ours who have a huge inventory list (8,000 plus items), and customer support gives quality service.
  • Sage is very user friendly and offers all of the options required to operate a small business. The insights provided are excellent and flexibility available is more than adequate.
  • Cons

  • Lack of flexibility, fairly poor support. No choice of other software from Sage with more flexability.
  • Our files get corrupted constantly and they blame it on the cloud computing. We have corruptions that no one at sage knows how to fix and they don't continue to fix it.
  • Their Customer service is terrible purchasing any monthly service through them is risky , make sure you keep all bills , emails and transcripts of phone calls.
