Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and implement immediately. No need for long training. Support is friendly and extremely competent. No downtime until now. Free version to try out. Cost-benefit is great.

  • The software is easy to use, the training they provide is fabulous and the customer support is great.

  • Cons

  • For me the costs are a little higher than originally advertised - but still way better value for money than anything else I've found

  • Not a lot that we don't like. AgileCRM is well built. Having built-in landing pages would be nice, but it does integrate well with other platforms.

  • Pros

  • The software is very user friendly and very flexible. The reporting is fantastic as well.

  • It saves time and allows me to communicate with multiple people at one time. It's easy to use and access from multiple devices and locations.

  • Cons

  • There are a few additional features that can be added, I think there could be more customization of the project summary screens...but other than that, it is a great tool.

  • The fact that it is very flexible is a blessing and a curse. It gives our users too many ways to do something and we lose consistency in process.
