Pros/Cons
Pros
- Customer service has been great, the blocks are getting there, and little things like the ability to color code based on different criteria is amazing.
- It’s user-friendly and intuitive, and it is great for organizing and visualizing data. It also has a lot of customization options and is great for collaboration.
- Customer service is incredible. They're help FAQs online are great, and if you reach out to talk with someone they are responsive with helpful info.
Cons
- My biggest complaint about Airtable is it's lack of functionality from an accounting perspective. Out of google sheets and excel I would say it is the worst product.
- Problem to log in, very limited app version, below expectations.
- If you jump in without a template to start from that's close to what you're looking for, Airtable can be intimidating to work with.
Pros
- 3Notable applications like Marketplan.io, Affine, TrueConversion, Fullstro, ActivePieces, and Divhunt have not been integrated so far, presenting an exciting prospect for inclusion.
- The sheer capabilities of the platform for syncing data between software is amazing. And on the top of that, you get integration module which is basically make.com and all in one package.
- I love that it connects everything in my business and uses the make.com integrator. The support team is responsive and open to listening to their customers to help better user experience.
Cons
- The only bummer is that this LTD is limited to 20K records across the account.
- The UX and UI linking to different areas of the platform such as the integrator can cause confusion and ruin the consistency.
- There is an expected degree of adaptation required, but trying to fault Boost.space is more difficult than its learning curve.
