Pros/Cons
Pros
- Customer service has been great, the blocks are getting there, and little things like the ability to color code based on different criteria is amazing.
- The reporting features are amazing. Even on the free plan, there is so much you can do with this software, but the paid plan offers great value with the enhanced reporting features.
- The forms are awesome, better than Google Forms in some ways. The widely adaptable usage; supports everything from website backend to team/workflow management.
Cons
- My biggest complaint about Airtable is it's lack of functionality from an accounting perspective. Out of google sheets and excel I would say it is the worst product.
- Problem to log in, very limited app version, below expectations.
- If you jump in without a template to start from that's close to what you're looking for, Airtable can be intimidating to work with.
Pros
- The best thing about the platform is the ability to adjust to the needs.
- My company's entire financial process uses the masterlink platform, its ease of use, brought great performance to my team.
- Simple and responsive to our needs and the needs of our public.
Cons
- The worst thing about the platform is that the electronic signature has not yet been integrated.
- The lack of a test database, and some interactions between the functions of the aplication.
- Demanding in terms of configuration. There is no workflow templates that we can be used.
