Pros/Cons
Pros
- Customer service has been great, the blocks are getting there, and little things like the ability to color code based on different criteria is amazing.
- It’s user-friendly and intuitive, and it is great for organizing and visualizing data. It also has a lot of customization options and is great for collaboration.
- Customer service is incredible. They're help FAQs online are great, and if you reach out to talk with someone they are responsive with helpful info.
Cons
- My biggest complaint about Airtable is it's lack of functionality from an accounting perspective. Out of google sheets and excel I would say it is the worst product.
- Problem to log in, very limited app version, below expectations.
- If you jump in without a template to start from that's close to what you're looking for, Airtable can be intimidating to work with.
Pros
- For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.
- Creation of boards is easy and helps us to be more organized in all projects and task. Trello enables us to see who is responsible for a particular task and it's reporting is excellent.
- I love that there is so much free with Trello, I also like the flexibility to set trello up however you want to, it is very easy to use.
Cons
- Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.
- I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.
- Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
