Fully features Software lifecycle management

Complete lifecycle Management for out custome software

PROS

This software is fully featured and once you learn it fairly easy to use. Access control is very granular so that you can grant access to only the things you want people to have access to and keep them out of the things you don't. Over the years the process for upgrading has gotten smoother and they have refined many of the processes for their on premise version of the software. We host it ourselves and it does not require an overly beefy setup to run but i do recommend a separate database and application server for an installation of any size at all. It does it's job well and over the years we have had a minimum of issues and those that we have had have been delt with fairly quickly by support.

CONS

The price is going up quite a bit for on premise installations as they are trying to steer you into their cloud offering.
