"Asana does a great job of helping a team stay on track with multiple projects and multiple workflows. When we used it, it eliminated the need for scattered spreadsheets and tracking documents and helped us create a central project management hub."

"The way you can build out the automation so that you can automate the repetitive task and the integration with third party applications like Teams and Salesforce"

"I also appreciate the different project views, including lists, boards, timelines, and calendars, which allow teams to manage projects in the way that works best for them."

"Only con I have found is duplication of update emails, i.e., You can receive an update on a task, but also receive the same update if someone is assigning a specific task to you."

"Asana is a bit pricey: To unlock advanced features like Timeline view, custom fields, advanced reporting, and automations, you need a Premium plan, which can become expensive for larger teams."
