  • Pros

  • I like the user friendly interface, easy of use and pleasant "social network style" flow. One of my favorite feature is the the project templates.
  • Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.
  • Amazing user-friendly UX/UI. Great range of plugins to integrate SDLC elements seamlessly.
  • Cons

  • This can be frustrating because you are only able to see conflicting requirements in the Timeline view.
  • Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.
  • There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

  • Business survives when you have a great channel like chatfuel that helps you connect to clients or customers quickly. Chatfuel has been very good in such area.
  • Best of beginner and a non-techie guy to start building their messenger bot. An important thing is, You can build your chatbot for free.
  • Most of all I liked that even free functions of this chatbot provide a possibility to build a powerful chatbot for FB messenger.
  • Cons

  • The mid-pandemic changes in tiered pricing was inconvenient for a non-profit on a limited budget.
  • Documentation is also poor. There is no support for subroutines, jumping around a conversation.
  • Overall experience little more than adequate. The few publishing channels available and the mixed approach between blocks and flows makes the work fragmented and not optimized, which is a shame.
