It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

I love the funny design, support and functionality of Dropbox Paper. It becomes a tool, I can not imagine to work without.

It is quite easy to handle and is an excellent program for group work. The greatest feature I see is the ability to use many media types along with it compared to other programs of the same type.

Love the support for rich text format. Copy and pasting is the most seamless among those that I have used.

I have so much trouble with formatting when I'm editing a document. I spend more time trying to tweak the text I entered than it took to write it in the first place.

You can create blocks of note in different formats and insert media from different web apps like AirTable, inVision, and LucidChart. I love all the integrations.

Super fast way to take notes and backs up really fast, it's alot less clunky then google docs, it's a lot easier to share.

You can highlight text or leave comments directly in the document which makes tracking progress and decisions super easy.

High CPU and Memory usage because of loading too many object. Tips bother user's focus.

Sometimes, I am getting lost in my Paper files. Probably I just need to learn more about organizing them in Dropbox Paper.

It is a quick place to take notes or for long term projects. It helps me share documents that I need to have other opinions or help on.

It is amazing how in this age, that you can work virtually from everywhere and this program was a big help with producing and editing content in  a matter of days.

My best option for the drop box paper is that its free for charge , user friendly, give a space for creativity.

I have been using dropbox for a while now and it's quite interesting, am good with the 2gb free storage.

The formatting sucks, the interface is bare bones and 20 years old and all of this is put together in a light and flaky web interface.

Anything can happen and information is ...priceless. Having it backed up is great, especially if it is done automatically.

We switched to this software not long ago and I found it very easy to use. It gives great features like the ability to comment which allows for better communication.

Very clean and simple interface. There is not cluttering of tools which can be overwhelming for some so I can see how this would be perfect for minimalists.

I've using it since it came out and when you need a collaborative writing tool it is fantastic.
