Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like the user friendly interface, easy of use and pleasant "social network style" flow. One of my favorite feature is the the project templates.
- Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.
- Amazing user-friendly UX/UI. Great range of plugins to integrate SDLC elements seamlessly.
Cons
- This can be frustrating because you are only able to see conflicting requirements in the Timeline view.
- Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.
- There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.
Pros
- I enjoyed the pricing model and the scalability of the system. It has a friendly, straight-forward user experience that makes it perfect for bringing a diverse team into it.
- I have used just about every task manager available over the years and MeisterTask is definitely one of the best. Good customization options and a very nice GUI.
- It is clean, clear and intuitive which I need when I am organizing. I love the customizations and details that are available.
Cons
- I expected have more grafics, more etatistics, more features. Besides, I have had a worse support experience in my life.
- I was really bad at managing my own time and tasks.
- When offline, it fails as a to-do-list app. I would suggest for desktop user, it will store the project items locally & backup using cloud when the wifi is back on.
