Pros/Cons

Pros
It's beautiful, easy to configure, and extremely customize able.
I love how this app is so simple and easy to use. This is by far the best project managing app I've seen.

Cons
tool is great but it is not easy to understand some of the things are very complicated for example tags option
Initial setup and learning takes a bit of time. It is user friendly but involves some investigation to find how to navigate.

Pros
I appreciate how easy the tool is and how user friendly it is. I love the new UI. It looks amazing. I love how we can specify each request's security depending on what is needed for that job.
Most important: approval feature and workflow. We like the detailed task assignment features as well a lot.

Cons
It isn't the most beautiful software with attractive GUI. But, it is functional and meets our needs.
Although the site is mobile responsibe I would prefer it if it had an app. I would also like to see functionality similar to Basecamp where email replies are entered into the discussion thread.
