Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love how this app is so simple and easy to use. This is by far the best project managing app I've seen.

  • I really liked and enjoyed the prefessional look and the features to keep the tasks under control, very good!

  • Cons

  • tool is great but it is not easy to understand some of the things are very complicated for example tags option

  • The Asana interface is simple to use on the computer, but the navigation is less intuitive when being viewed on mobile.

  • Pros

  • It is easy to learn and quite intuitive. I like it how you can set emoji and covers for each page, this makes them rememberable. I also liked the whole block system and the markdown support.

  • Love the endless customizations that you can do with this product! Create a template for literally anything and organize it however you like!

  • Cons

  • Unlike Evernote or MacOS notes, I cannot find a good way to integrate this with my workflow. It's well designed but it seems to be too broad to be used in any fixed way.

  • The mobile apps are a little slow to load, but the vast functionality of the app outweighs any small drawback.
