Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like the user friendly interface, easy of use and pleasant "social network style" flow. One of my favorite feature is the the project templates.
- Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.
- Amazing user-friendly UX/UI. Great range of plugins to integrate SDLC elements seamlessly.
Cons
- This can be frustrating because you are only able to see conflicting requirements in the Timeline view.
- Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.
- There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.
Pros
- We had an awesome chat and he supported me time and time again. We did face difficulties in some parts of the implementation, but rep did an awesome job of feidling my questions and providing answers.
- Dispatching, Purchase order, Estimating and billing portion of the software top notch flow great to together awesome.
- Clients are thrilled that during a meeting I can pull up Simpro and provide answers to all their questions. I recommend SimPro to anyone who is looking for a user friendly CRM that works.
Cons
- Simpro lied and misled me at the very start to get my business now wont refund me what i have paid now i have cancelled. Now in the hands of my solicitor.
- And slightly blurred pricing on number of licenses will be charged at what point.
- The forms are utterly inflexible and customer support is absolutely terrible.
