It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Asana is super easy to use, fun with all the colors and functionality and helps keep me on track.

Pleasant interface, great potential, but there are other (free) programs that do more and have better integrations for Project Management.

When I miss a task with a repeating due date, in order to bring it current it appears I have to mark it complete for every day that was missed. This can be tedious when coming back from a vacation.

Asana has been an amazing tool for keeping our processes efficient and transparent, and we've set up teams shared with some clients so that they too can be aware of our progress on their projects.

As a community manager and strategist and sole contributor, having a robust task tracker is essential so that I can be successful at my job.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

I like the ease of use, fun colors, and the simplicity of creating projects and tasks.

Problems with tracking time from time to time, because tempo was very slow. Within the last months those problems did not occur that often anymore.

Lack of some specific reports, user interface is sometimes confusing.

It’s a nicely integrated with JIRA. It helps to categorise time logs adequately for better analysis.

Tempo is directly integrated with Jira - so super easy to use and a seamless part of the team's daily workflow.

Incredibly good, I've been through other timesheeting software and I like the flexibility to create my tasks.

The bad performance when you try extract info from a team of 20 people, or when your try to see worklog from the last 8 quarters.

If there's a mistake in my timesheet I have to ask to another admin. Unless there's a permission I missed.

Good enhancement to bring Timesheets capability in Jira.

Good product and easy to use, a couple small changes would make it great.

Poor communications about API. API was accicentally broken and we rewrote all our intergrations in rush.

We are not using all the functionalities yet, only registration of time and that works like a charm in the Android APP.

Granted there are ways to improve, i believe it will only get better and better as time goes on.

Ease of use, ability to export user hours on a project seamlessly, ease of adding hours to a project and transparency.

Overall Tempo is a useful tool for time tracking against projects, but for the money can definitely  be improved.

Easy to log time via web and app, with great UX. Great reporting breakdowns and customisations for work hours and business usage.

Price point is GREAT (We use a hosted server setup). Editing staff timesheets is a breeze...I have never used a system that os so easy to use.

Processing time charges before Tempo was extremely time consuming and painful.

We give better estimates... and that saves time and money. I have been able to identify and alleviate pain points that have made us a better team and deliver a superior product with every iteration.

Only negative is the lack of reporting around the worklog attributes.
