"Overall, it’s a reliable and effective tool that supports productivity, accountability, and transparent communication within the team."

"It is difficult for new users to manuever and choose correct"template", "ad-hoc", "evaluation scorering" etc.. and we had experience of "template" being duplicated or presented strange template that we did not create."

"I’m still unsure where I can view the reminders that have already been sent to employees—for example, how many times a reminder has been sent."

"I do not see using the Goals functionality too much at this time, since the scales and measurements are not necessarily what I am looking for."
