I am used to a bit more "modern" systems, but this worked well for what we needed and in the timeframe we needed to accomplish it. I like how it can pull all of the reviews combined together. #### Cons I don't like how you can't go back and edit an evaluation once you submit it, how you have to start over. The support team is fantastic and responsive. #### Cons Minor UI issues - why does it automatically alphabetize my evaluation questions? I build them in a specific order/flow, then it sorts them alphabetically and then I have to go back in a rearrange everything. I would like to see some ability to input financial data as a marker on an evaluation. Easy to set up, video trainings are great, and once you get the hang of it, a great way to manage performance evaluations. #### Cons A bit clunky around the language used, i.e. when setting goals they are called performance indicators, and having to got to different screens to do tasks. Also the performance evaluation provides the information but there isn't a way, unless you create it an evaluation, to document the actual performance conversation. It can be done but just a little clunky.
