Dashboards and data panels can be made simpler. Deeper functionality should  be available on selection rather than to overload first-contact data panels/ page(s).

It was pretty easy to navigate around and assign reports. It was great to be able to upload a census from our benefit administration system so we did not have to manually enter all employees.

I just found it boring that you can only view one person's task list at a time, if you have a project with multiple members, it makes it difficult.
