Pros/Cons
Pros
- It was a beautiful experience, it enabled my organization receive great feedback which is positively impacting our policies, culture, work ethics and overall performance.
- It was pretty easy to navigate around and assign reports. It was great to be able to upload a census from our benefit administration system so we did not have to manually enter all employees.
- I loved my experience, the customer support team is always available to extend the required help. A special thank you to Rajat who has been exceptional with us during our user journey.
Cons
- Setting it up was slightly confusing for determining the types of surveys being sent out.
- Also, the demo doesn't exactly show the steps to be taken (and avoided) when setting up the system.
- Dashboards and data panels can be made simpler. Deeper functionality should be available on selection rather than to overload first-contact data panels/ page(s).
Pros
- From the ease of implementation, ability to personalize the set up of the performance process to fit our needs and culture, and the ease of use by managers and employees - All were exceptional.
- Kudos to the great customer services and the excellent guidance from. They were kind and no matter how much I asked the same questions they always help me with the process.
- I like that it is organized and user friendly. Evaluations can be hard to keep track of so this is a very nice asset to have.
Cons
- Everybody hated our performance review process.
- I see a lot of companies start huge and they lose control of the systems, then their efforts become a negative, bad-tasting initiative to the team members.
- We found it difficult to format the text boxes with some symbols, bullets, etc.
