  • Pros

  • It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.
  • It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.
  • There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful, having multiple metrics about the project progress.
  • Cons

  • The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.
  • Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
  • Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

  • They are responsive to all inquiries and their customer service is some of the best in the industry.
  • I have been very pleased over the years with Denticon's features and services. It is easy to use and cost effective at the same time.
  • The customer support is great help and denticon is extremely convenient. Any issue I ever have is fixed fast and I love that I can access patient info anywhere any time.
  • Cons

  • Internet connection dependent so Outages are major problems. Need to back up more often because of outages.
  • There are many small limitations that make this software annoying.
  • No adjustment for minimal usage during covid shutdown.
