  • Pros

  • It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.
  • It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.
  • There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful, having multiple metrics about the project progress.
  • Cons

  • The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.
  • Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
  • Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

  • Good UI/UX and easy to get both a high level and a low-level understanding of what is happening. Great support, and they really listen to the needs of their customers to improve their product.
  • The overall experience with Lumigo is really amazing as it's very new. But the way Lumigo is continuously developing itself with all the exciting features and webinars is amazing.
  • The Live Tail feature is incredibly useful in debugging your code as you develop and test. And the alerting is super useful.
  • Cons

  • We needed a tool to alerts us when Lambda functions have errors, and that can also provide us with the data to understand the failure exactly - where and why it happens.
  • Nothing actually is there to dislike about the software.
  • There's also no obvious way to populate the service map.
