  • Pros

  • It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.
  • It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.
  • There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful, having multiple metrics about the project progress.
  • Cons

  • The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.
  • Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
  • Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

  • I am using this software from last 1year and the experience is amazing. This software provides great features and it is so user friendly.
  • Ever since i started using mattermost it has been a great experience. The customer care service are so friendly.
  • The interface is nice, real-time messaging is successful, the biggest plus is that it can be used internally.
  • Cons

  • It is quite annoying to search in the history of the chats because of the scroll that is continuously moving because for the async load.
  • Well, sometimes, I can't find the message I'm looking for with the research feature, but it surely is caused by bad search terms.
  • Getting mobile app and making it running is little bit hard because you need to know your chat server and its little bit hard for most people.
