It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.

Some of the benefits that I found useful are listed below. It helps in tracking a number of tasks whether it is a new feature, an issue or bug or anything that requires some kind of tracking.

It's like an extra powerful ship, abundant in functions and features, that would bring you anywhere you like. For complex projects, it's probably a hidden weapon that decides about the win.

Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.

Also the issue tracking system is awesome. I used other service desk solutions in the past but Jira is best among them.

It's great to have a single place where we can document epics/features/stories/tasks. It's a great integration with third-party tools like Git.

Been a SaaS tool and not on-prem,  it has the downside of Saas which means a constant internet connectivity is needed.

Proggio has allowed ability to view and modify our key project plans within our Portfolio. It has allowed integration of key information within the plans.

Once the project is built it's easy to upkeep and update accordingly. The fact that dependencies can be built between projects is helpful to see the influence of project timelines on each other.

Using a touch screen is somewhat difficult du to it.

What we like most is the live and collaborative project planning visualization as a means to managing the project tasks and people.

The main difficulty we met is to migrate ms project data into Proggio.

What I liked most in this software is the fact the project management tool is on line and easy to update.

It rapidly provides high value as it enables to drill down to the smallest details while also enabling a high level of executive summary.

There is real reporting function that allows me to easily provide feedback to my clients and management. The print screen function is inadequate for this.

Missing  the option to  plan from Due date backwards ( duplicate an existing project but change the Due date and make the Proggio change the dates backwards accordingly.

The visual representation of the project is the key component of the tool. However, it's user friendly interface is what makes it a winner.

Software is pretty, and east to use. Price is low and therefore easily accessible.
