Pros/Cons
Pros
- It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.
- It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.
- There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful, having multiple metrics about the project progress.
Cons
- The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.
- Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
- Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.
Pros
- The ability to generate reports with or without SQL is a great advantage filtering is very responsive and in all very intuitive with data.
- Great customer support - I always get an almost immediate response, with great follow-through. Reliability - all things considered, it is down very seldom.
- The greatest benefit we see with QuickBase is the ability to respond quickly to our business needs. The product is flexible and easy to change.
Cons
- Conversion and data migration took a while, not because of QuickBase but because of how horridly "dirty" the data were on the sales management side.
- If a server goes down, all work has to stop. The same thing stops if it's overloaded.
- It takes a lot of clicks to get somewhere. A minor issue really, but I find it irritating to have to 10 things to get what I want because the search function isn't particularly sensitive.
