  • Pros

  • It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.
  • It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.
  • There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful, having multiple metrics about the project progress.
  • Cons

  • The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.
  • Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
  • Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

  • Good looking, easy to use and has some nice features like Slack integration for leave management. Also their customer support response time is amazing.
  • There are approximately 25 employees in our company. I really appreciate how reliable this apps is and the customer support is very friendly.
  • You can choose to easily create automation. I can guarantee that you will be satisfied in general, thanks to the ease of use it provides, it will take you one step ahead in your business life.
  • Cons

  • Although we are only a small company, we were trying to manually record our employees' holiday and sick leave as well as days in lieu, but found that we were losing track of vital information.
  • We kept finding errors in employee's time off records meaning that I manually had to figure time off when someone complained.
  • Missing the "Sign-in with Google" button on the login page. To 1 template should be more customizable (e.g. consist of "blocks", which can be added/removed/reschuffled.
