Pros/Cons
Pros
- It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.
- It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.
- There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful, having multiple metrics about the project progress.
Cons
- The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.
- Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
- Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.
Pros
- For our line of business Silverbucket is great and it gives answers to the questions we need and the helpdesk is always very helpful and people in Silverbucket are great.
- Customers service is super fast and overall easy to use is most important for us.
- It gives excellent view to personnel workload and its timing, very useful in many cases.
Cons
- Silverbucket is in a tough situatiation at the moment. The mother company restricts the data.
- Utilization rate report is missing the individual person selection, Utilization rate report does not calculate Total in case the person did not work for the full selected period (for example a year).
- Integrations problems and would like to see more detail in projects.
