  • Pros

  • It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.
  • It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.
  • There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful, having multiple metrics about the project progress.
  • Cons

  • The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.
  • Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
  • Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

  • I love the client access and viewer management capabilities. Having a nice dashboard with a unique login and URL looks so great as an agency.
  • For the most part, we enjoy the ability to create clean, comprehensive marketing reports for our clients.
  • Its a great product with an superbly supportive customer success team. 10 in customer support for sure.
  • Cons

  • A lot of the time the document will be different once exported from TapClicks to PowerPoint which is frustrating. Data sometimes is not the most accurate.
  • The accuracy of our data is always a little bit questionable despite our conversations with TapClicks admin.
  • The site speed is very hit or miss despite trying all of the recommendations to speed it up. There are capabilities that seem SO basic to me that the platform doesn't offer.
