  • Pros

  • It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.
  • It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.
  • There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful, having multiple metrics about the project progress.
  • Cons

  • The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.
  • Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
  • Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

  • I am very pleased with the software and have also recommended it to a few companies in the UK. They have expressed interest in starting to use it when they have any recruitment processes coming up.
  • Recruitlab has excellent client service and they will help out as soon as they can with best advice possible.
  • The support team is really friendly and helpful. And my special thanks to Triin - she is always willing to help on all our issues.
  • Cons

  • It has limited use of functions for the job ad landing page. You can´t use your fonts or colours.
  • Integrations are difficult but this is because of the nuances of our company structure & policy.
  • Whenever I had problems, they were solved quickly and professionally. Now that I´ve been using it, it all makes sense now.
