  • Pros

  • It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.
  • It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.
  • There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful, having multiple metrics about the project progress.
  • Cons

  • The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.
  • Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
  • Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

  • From installation to implementation, TimeFlow has been absolutely amazing and painless. Customer Service was very responsive and helpful when we ran into a bump during installation.
  • My business just purchased TimeFlow software, and we absolutely love it. It is super easy to use, completely user friendly, and perfect for any business.
  • I have confidence in TimeFlow and is the greatest most affordable solution for employee time management.

  • For the second time in a year the fingerprint scanner is not working yet I am being charged for it.
  • The problem of manually tracking employees when they come and leave office ends with TimeFlow. I still see other employers keeping the book and sheets for signing in and out of work.
  • Sometimes the employees think they are clocking in when they are clocking out, and vice versa. We've had a few mistakes in this area.
