  • Pros

  • It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.
  • It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.
  • There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful, having multiple metrics about the project progress.
  • Cons

  • The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.
  • Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
  • Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

  • The real-time notifications feature is excellent. It allows me to stay on top of important changes to my apps and respond immediately when needed.
  • It's super simple to connect services up to get notifications about when something happens. It also allows you to do fun things like use philips hue lightbulbs to alert you when something happens.
  • It's super easy to use, their customer support is great, and it integrates with pretty much every platform we need. We've been able to sep up automations for everything, great filter system as well.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes it's still a little hard to fix an error when a zap reports a problem because it's not 100% clear what the error is.
  • I hate that you have to rebuild a step in order to change things around when needed.
  • Customer service is awful. The site is glitchy at times.
