One great functionality offered by Avise is the Incoming entries feature. It enables me to review any entry in QuickBooks Online (QBO) that has been posted in a period that is either soft closed or not opened in Avise. This functionality allows us to easily track changes in entries, such as modifications in amounts, description, class, or any other dimension. We can then approve these changes individually or in bulk. This option becomes particularly useful once the financial statements are finalized, as it helps us understand what changes were made and when.Moreover, we have been leveraging the flux Analysis functionality provided by Avise. It presents an organized view that allows us to compare financial statements month to month quickly. We can also view comments in the current period or refer to comments from previous months that explain the flux. This feature saves us valuable time, and the best part is that we no longer need to rely on Excel to do the manual work or keep records of these types of reports.These additional features provided by Avise have greatly enhanced our financial reporting process, enabling us to have better control over changes in entries and facilitating efficient analysis of financial statement fluctuations.Amazingly Avise has become more robust month after month.
