I love iMindMap and for years I have drawn maps useful to clarify ideas, take notes or pit long and complex documents. It's an easy, colorful and fun tool.

It's very easy to use and well worth it's value. I love it's versatility it had everything I was looking for all-in-one.

This review refers to the paid version. I bought a 1-year subscription to the pro service when they offered iMindmap 11 for free.

Having been an avid user or Mindmaps it is great that this is now incorporated in the system, I use this each time I start a new project.

Its interface is innovative, modern, attractive and intuitive, synchronizes in good time between the different devices, and has perfect integration with the Google calendar.

That I have to pay an extra to be able to access Google Calender.

I can easily go  to Ayoa to quickly check off a task and get an idea of what my tasks for the day are. Adding how urgent and important is a great feature to prioritise when I manage to use it better.

Other features except mind mapping are very useful (visual task management, focus on progress etc.).

The mind-mapping package is easy to use and the radial mapping function a useful and eye-catching way of providing an overview of complex data.

The ease, visualization aspect (I love the bubbles).

Having a combination of whiteboards, mind maps and a task planner all in one package was superb especially during delivery of online tutorials.

We then converted 400 mind-maps into their system, and have been enjoying the new features and working with the development team.

This software help me study, think better, resolve problem, manage projects and to great presentations.

My overall experience using DropTask is very positive and I like the fact that you can integrate it with a range of calendar apps and Evernote.

Integration into other platforms like Evernote, Outlook etc. gets better and better.

Can't pin ideas bank which is annoying. Cant reduce screen size to show document I am working on side by side with the mind map.

Overall this software has improved my workflow and I couldn't be happier because the price is very affordable as opposed to some of the other programs I've tried.

As a result one has to go through all dependent tasks and manually adjust them - a time-consuming task and one which is prone to error.

The visual presentation of AYOA is helpful, engaging and fun. There is a huge variety of ways in which tasks and projects can be displayed.

Ayoa seems hard at work and the product is getting updated and improved rapidly since the merger. It's good enough for now, which says a lot, but has more potential for sure.

I have started using Miro during my company's ideation and analysis sprints. It is a very easy to use and makes collaboration very enjoyable and effective for the team.

The best benefit is getting to visualize what I can't explain in words. It helps me as a UX writer.

Some interaction design in this software is very difficult to use, specially the font and color. Artboard works in a unique (and bad) way.

The ability to customise the boards to suit the individual projects has been of great benefit to the design process and outcome.

If you don't lock the sticker or frames, you can mess it up. The copy and paste process for images take so long occasionally.

Their templates are awesome as well, along with their interface being aesthetically pleasing, it's one of my favorite tools I use as a designer.

We also have frames for our team charter, our useful links, next years budget requirements and a free whiteboard frame for notes and mind maps.

The templates are great, it's easy to customize and edit. But being able to share with the team and present with everyone collaborating on the same screen is fantastic.

Helps us to collaborate in many different things like  creating a business plan and build the investment deck. Has many and useful features.

Some of the shortcuts are confusing, but you'll soon get over it.

I belive one of  mystudents were involved in the project process because, Miro was so fun to work. My classes are more fun with it if I am in trial mode.

Great experience, with really good design and almost perfect sensation of a physical board.

Drag of notes in kanban board or brain wiring template is not smooth as it snaps to wrong board. Idea voting can be an option that can be introduced.

The templates, infinite canvas, sharing ability, and live editing are all fantastic features. Brainstorming projects has never been this fun.

The plugins and integrations that keep getting better every day are something to admire, tbh. So generally Miro is a product worthy of a standing ovation.

I enjoy using the tool a lot - it's fun, intuitive, and easy to use. My daughter needed to make a school presentation & I showed her Miro which she picked up and ran with immediately.

Ease of use is stunning. It's so cool how native is your experience with the editor - they detect the touchpad and optimize editing for that.

Great inbuild templates available for any kind of flow chart or creating diagram. Great export methods of the dashboards which can be easily shared between the Team.

The inability to read the whiteboards offline in the apps.

They have great customer support as well, I needed their help only one and they've been extremely helpful.

Super easy onboarding, because it is very user friendlich and intuitiveAccess to great templates from miro or the community of users.

Some integrations are missing. Sometimes, we get zoomed out a lot and have to search for the content of the board.

When our CEO introduced miro I was quite hesitant, but then started to use it to document our system architecture.

It's been such an easy and effective way to create charts just like I would want to on a whiteboard. I would absolutely recommend it.
