Very happy with this software that helps us to track bugs and optimisations on our website.

It's very uncomfortable for me and someone manage like me. Our Company have Standard Custom Field for all Project about 100 Custom FIled and some Custom Issue Type.

Ease to Use, Team Member were able to use it on their own without any support, Quick response for support from backlog team.

Overall pretty solid with great features to keep everyone growing the boat in the same direction.

It improves connectivity among employees and is very user friendly.

Clear and easy administration of projects, people etc. Integration with email and MS Excel (exports).

Overall it has been great. It has helped me organize my freelance business and that means happier clients and more money in the pocket.

I don't like that you have to click on the issue to see the latest comments on it.

Version Control and Git Integration:For software development teams, Backlog's seamless integration with Git repositories is a significant advantage.

I miss adding more pictures to describe a bug, and possibly tagging and editing the placed images.

I liked the inclusion of the Wiki as well, and I like the tiered subscription model they use, making it easy to find a level of feature availability that suites your team's needs.

The free version is great, and the paid functionality seems awesome.

So many issues are showed twice. It can make me confused.

Ease of use,We based and easy navigation and filter functions. Faster retrieval of information.

Bug identification and creation have never been simpler. Its unique way to describe and categorize the issue at hand is well sorted and makes for a clean and understandable user experience.

I especially love the Gantt Chart and how each it is to use. Overall just great to see overall picture of how the project is doing and who is doing what.

Easy to use, the UI is attractive too as i can have different Theme for different Project.

Backlog helps us track progress from granular updates to larger-scale program reworking. The ability to integrate with Slack is also super helpful.

When we send emails to Backlog, embedded pictures are lost.

I don't like the lack of customization. Also, i hate that you can not put a folder into a folder.

Some features in this apps on some devices are located differently, which can be confusing at times.

No real problems other than lack of usage due to feeling a bit burdened by having to maintain two separate task management systems.

It has been a lifesaver in terms of its use. Due to the length of use in our business, it hasn't been to our benefit to switching to a different platform with all our history of notes.

Amazing collaborative workspace to work on docs with multiple people. Pricing isn't cheap, but it's fair and comparable to other platforms.

Great product,  ease of use, affordable. Does everything we need that the larger doc management programs do at a fraction of the cost.

The new re-write (v10) is awful, and forced me to revert to v6. Searching for a new alternative while v6 still works.

I have not reached out to customer service so I would not know how to rate that. It is overall an OK software.

Don't offer a read-only mode, to prevent users from accidentally change the content.

The application integration is excellent, I can use it in many devices. The application interface is very good and quite intuitive.

Just some minor UX hiccups here and there, but insignificant enough that they don’t hinder using the product.

It integrates terribly with other software, and I found it to have the same fate as paper notebooks - dusty and lost, un-used.

Still there's no undo button, which makes it scary sometime hen you accidentally erase you have been going through.

Evernote Business is an amazing, note-taking, multi-platform software for businesses because of their best in class collaborative features, clean and minimalistic design, perfect sync, and much more.

This application also using quite large of my phone RAM as it will keep lagging and crash when i am using it more than one hour.
