I just found it boring that you can only view one person's task list at a time, if you have a project with multiple members, it makes it difficult.

It is integrated with limited software which restricts to carry out multidimensional projects. It’s pricing is also very high, it restrict its use for small organizations.

Getting the reports I need quickly. The capacity planner is difficult to explain.

You can create a project from a template based on best practices,  can customize different kind of web form.

I really appreciate the ability to oversee multiple resources and project plans all within one easy to use system.

Other software only make a SUM ALL BENEFITS feature which is un-realistic and can dangerously bias decision making.

This provides us the ability to report out to executives on everything we have going on and where it is at from both a completion status as well as a budget status.
