  • Pros

  • The ease of use with this software is really nice, if your company is like ours, we have companies all over the country.
  • Outstanding performance, highly accessible, easy to use and the pricing is by far the best.
  • Cons

  • I am a multi-disciplinary designer myself, and despite trying (very hard) several times to use Basecamp, I just can't get past how ugly, unintuitive, and clunky the UI is.
  • I just found it boring that you can only view one person's task list at a time, if you have a project with multiple members, it makes it difficult.

  • It has excellent tools for order control, it is a great help for the company's logistic department, it is easy to use and very customizable.
  • It's super easy to use and extremely functional. Whenever we need assistance with something, the support team is super helpful and fast.
  • Cons

  • Whenever I have a problem, which is rarely, the fix is quick. The only time I can't relax is when the site goes down, occasionally, usually a server problem.
  • Occasional problems with KB articles not being editable after creation.
