I just found it boring that you can only view one person's task list at a time, if you have a project with multiple members, it makes it difficult.

It is integrated with limited software which restricts to carry out multidimensional projects. It’s pricing is also very high, it restrict its use for small organizations.

Easy to get around, ties in with existing payroll software. Great support and training provided.

The software is user friendly and basic which limits the errors that can occur. This in turn has a positive impact on back end work.

My favourite aspect is the ability to log in and see times and edit users. I can adjust shifts when needed with ease.

Sometime have to rescan guys into the system as it stops logging in and out.

There is no reminder next morning when there is no logout at the end of day. If there is a reminder and then able to keep in the time of previous logout.

Once set up the whole payroll process is easy to do. Love that it integrates with our payroll processing company.

The ease with which support has helped me solving issues and answering questions has also been great.

The power cord is too short, makes locating unit trick or have unsightly cords.

Super easy for the onsite boys to clock in and out of.

Need some speed as I find it lags while switching from one employee to other or while making changes to the input time.
