I just found it boring that you can only view one person's task list at a time, if you have a project with multiple members, it makes it difficult.

It is integrated with limited software which restricts to carry out multidimensional projects. It’s pricing is also very high, it restrict its use for small organizations.

What I love about most about Basecamp is the ability to communicate and have ongoing conversations with people who are involved in the project.

The cost and ease of use, it's very straightforward. Being able to track what everyone assigned to a certain task/project is doing, and ensuring deadlines/goals are being met are great.

The fact that Tuleap is open source helps us try it, test it and finally trust it. Its reach connectivity with major open source collaborative tools such as git or MediaWiki is a brilliant idea.

I am using Tuleap for project tracking (bugs, actions,  MoM), customer actions, team objective for HW development. The support team is quick and helpful, and we are getting improvement every months.

I really like their report feature where you can filter as deep as you want, as to who did what and when and how much time was consumed.

No plugin to connect Microsoft Teams Software.

Easy to install on a lot of hosting thanks to PHP/Mysql technology. UI/UX is great for end user, a very good web app.

Poor API in specific aspects for instance fetching specific details on users.

The ability to define patterns for Agile project (Scrum, Kanban) with the possibility for each team to custom the project. The test module is very easy to use.

Other advantage was the integration of lots of usefull tools that all works together (DMS, trackers, file management…). Also support team was really effective and helps us a lot on tools deploiment.

Tuleap is very easy to use and can be implemented very quickly thanks to the Cloud version of the product (MyTuleap). It allows you to create a workflow corresponding exactly to your needs.

The most impactful for me is the agile dashboard. It's very simple to begin with, and there is some diagrams very good to see the progress of the project.

We never need course to use it. A kanban board is fun and simple with all information, we need for daily.

Integrations and traceability features are great, and enable a complete and smooth toolchain setup. We used Tuleap as a pivotal, central tool to manage the whole lifecycle through issues.

At the beginning of this software, it was complicated to list projects or to move a ticket open in the wrong project to the right one. And all modules were not always well integrated in the UI.

Tight integration between all components, easy deployment.

The integration of so many tools: you have all you need in an easy yet flexible set-up. And all of it is open source.

I had the chance to collaborate with Tuleap Team. Tuleap is great product which would satisfy rich features required on a product development.

Configuring tracker reports it is also a bit difficult to do.

Youngest colleagues are fan of these tool. And experienced One like the trackers.

A few plugins were a bit old fashioned but they tend to disappear over time.

That's really hard to find a weakness. Perhaps they could improve the user experience  when we link trackers (Release/Sprint/US/Tasks) together.

The team behind the software is very responsive, friendly and competent. We enjoy working with them.

A very good project management. Originally designed for software projects (it's an ALM), it's possible to use it to manage all kind of project, including marketing or content production.
