I bought BasicOps on AppSumo in a lifetime deal. So, first of all the price was important for me. I tried the free version before purchasing.

Not sure how to set project priority level, event though it says its a feature.

Lack of localisation: e.g. BasicsOps is using MMDDYYYY which is fine for US, but not for the rest of the world.

The user interface is easy to navigate and the features are intuitive. One of the things I appreciate most about BasicOps is the ability to assign tasks to team members and track their progress.

The different views make it easy to work with your team to keep track of complex projects and communicate in real time. It's perfect for for remote teams.

Few features are missing that other big project management tools have.

The overall experience has been great. I love the features and the usability of BasicOps.

What annoys me is that the application on the phone logs you out after shord period of time.

Overall my team is extremly happy with it. As I mentioned above it provided us with the flexibility we needed also the shared space of discutions and notes is something that we love.

With the simple tutorials provided, it's easy to hit the ground running and start creating tasks and projects right away. I also love the ability to integrate with the Google Docs and Gmail.

With BasisOps integration, projects are easy to create and tasks are quick and to assign. It keeps everyone on track until project completion.

So far, I've loved the interface and easy of use of the platform better than any other system I've used over the years.

The product offers good integrations with your email and even storage places such as DropBox.

Personally, I am experiencing difficulties using the 'calendar' tab and connecting the tasks such as which one is sequance of the other.

Moovila supported our transition to a project process perfectly with an easy to use tool that allowed us to scale the features we introduced to users without requiring a PM degree.

AND we were able to do this while integrating with MS Teams so we were able to keep all project information in one place. The concepts and visualization are amazing.

They truly show the desire to be better than they are today, and want to make sure they are delivering on their promises with that.

If we talk about my overall experience, I can say it was great, but some features should be modify, such as price and customization.

One of the things that I liked most about Moovila was its ability to be integrated with other software.

The layout and design felt a bit cluttered and overwhelming, making it difficult to navigate and find the information I needed. Another aspect I wasn't fond of was the lack of customization options.

Moovila is helping us do just that. The first and most important way to accomplish this is through tighter planning and better forecasting and planning.

Easy to invite external users to view and take part in a project.

Customer support has been amazing to work with and the account managers work with you to help you ensure you know every step of how to set up your projects.

The report out feature is limited currently to either a snippet or jpeg file.

Needs functionality to change date format for international users. Difficult to ignore/hide proposed dates for a project schedule (debugger is intrusive to overall schedule/project view).

Not only is the software exceptional with what it can deliver, and who their target market is, but the people have been the best team to work with.

The support we have received from our initial contact through implementation and follow-up has been truly exceptional. We immediately recognized discrepancies within our scheduling and cost analysis.

Inability to load the details of other project plan software. Every vendor may have their software to run the project.

The only difficulty for me has been similar to anytime you have to combine two tools into one.

The system is easy to use, easy to setup, as well as great all around. The products are very customizable and task never go undone with push notifications sent to employees by Moovila.

Really like the critical path view as it really helps visualizing the succession of tasks. Can be used for project management, workflow management and simple task management.
