I clock in or out as needed, assign time to projects/tasks and do a review at the end of the week before I submit. I find this approach to be very simple and I never have had to wonder which button to press or how my time was being used. #### Cons The reporting is adequate, but I’d like to see more ability to slice the data differently. As soon as we started using it, it was all very intuitive to use. It makes tracking your time easy, and can easily be used to view your past weeks when reporting time for an RES. We have never had any major issues, but our interactions with customer support have been positive. Beebole also sends a reminder email at the end of each day to fill in your card. I personally fill mine out during the day so I have filtered that email off into its own folder. However, the reminder was nice when first starting out! #### Cons I occasionally have small issues with Beebole. Sometimes, when adding a new item to my time card, Beebole will bug out and double my time entry into two separate entries. Then, I have to refresh the page and fine the duplicate to fix it. I like the report functions and the use of different colours and graphics. It allows me to generate very professional looking time sheets that I copy to my Clients with the associate bill. Initially I used customer support for questions. The response time and thoroughness was wonderful! It gave me context for the design and access to tools that are now second nature. Now, I keep finding more ways to obtain timesheet data quickly for specific questions that come up. I often export data to Excel which works great, use a pivot table and have the answers I need. Maybe that step isn't needed. I have done it other ways as well so I consider Beebole flexible. Also easy to use. Very rarely do I respond to a question from staff who need it to track project hours. Even new staff are immediately able to use it. I could be more specific. I need to get back to work though, and use my brain power for more precise communication on a couple other challenging issues. #### Cons At one point I could have answered this more clearly. Now, we have our processes nailed so that "liking least" doesn't come up. For our needs, Beebole isn't set up well for us to use the budget tracking capability. When I began using it a couple years ago, I spent some time attempting to make it work. Then I let it go, except for a couple projects. With previous more costly systems, it would take days sometimes over a week to get a "help" response, which often wasn't helpful at all. With Beebole, we get replies within the hour, and the support team will even quickly go into our account to fix the issues so we don't have to spend any time adjusting settings. We have gotten the system working flawlessly for us in no time. No incentive was offered Very visual and user friendly online system to track your team's timesheets. Very kind, supportive and responsive custommer service. Quick solutions and flexible approach whenever possible which was very helpful especially at the stage of putting the system in place. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros Easy setting of the parameters of the activities/projects/people, etc. Very user friendly very visual online timesheets system. Easy reporting with nice graphs for the administrator and for the user him/herself. #### Cons Setting quotas (ex. absences) can only be done individually. Would be very useful to be able to settle them once for the whole team. #### Reasons for switching to Beebole the team was growing and managing timesheets on the excel was not possible anymore.
