A fully-featured corporate social network

First results shows that people feel much more informed about everything going around throughout our business units. It's also clear that people feel they have a voice and can interact throughout the entire company and hierarchies. Workgroups are much easier to establish while creating and preserving knowledge for the future. The app makes it much more inclusive, since not all employees use computers for their jobs, but they all have a smartphone. We could move our ideas management program inside the tool, which helped a lot by unifying the collaboration experience.

Pros:

This is an amazingly simple product to put in place, no technical pain points. All you have to do (and it's a lot) is to figure out the best ways to drive engagement and put your processes to work through the tool. Beehome itself does a lot to help, with all kinds of features that make it useful to almost every collaboration needs across the company.

Cons:

I really have no complaints, It's been a great impulse for business communication and collaboration. I could say that most features will not deliver to what specific purpose software do (a blog software, wiki software, or an idea management software) but they all have at least the basic functionality you need to boost collaboration.

Pros:

Existem diversas ferramentas e integrações que facilitam muito tarefas repetitivas de extrema importância. É possível separar e gerenciar muito bem as postagens para os devidos usuários. O feed é muito intuitivo e claro, melhorando o trabalho da comunicação da empresa.

Cons:

O Chat sem dúvidas foi uma decepção, apesar de não ser o foco do site nós contamos com ele como ferramenta de comunicação entre colaboradores. Porém ele muito deixa a desejar por conta de bugs de atualização, problema com notificação e ausência de recursos.

A interação entre os funcionários, ela acontece de forma natural. a plataforma é muito parecida com o Facebook, então praticamente todo mundo sabe como usar, e ela realmente é facil e intuitiva.

Cons:

Sentimos falta de um aplicativo para computador, dedicado para o chat. Não que seja ruim usar o chat no navegador, mas as notificações do navegador que deixam a desejar.

Bee home's software has everything I have always dreamed of for the internal communication of the companies I worked for. Different from other tools, it is an effective and functional internal social media, easy to use, visually friendly and that engage employees.

Cons:

There is nothing we don't like about Bee Home's software. If we think something could be slightly different, we discuss it with Bee home's team and after evaluating it, they implement a new function or talk to us showing something else, another functionality, can satisfy our necessity.
