This plan builds upon the Essentials Plan, introducing additional tools for client collaboration, custom reporting, and compliance. **Pros:** - **Enhanced client collaboration:** The client portal feature enables seamless communication and information sharing with clients. - **Customizable reporting:** Create custom reports tailored to your business's unique requirements. - **Compliance-ready:** DCAA compliance features ensure your business meets necessary regulations. **Cons:** - **Higher per-user cost:** The increased price point may be a consideration for budget-conscious businesses. - **Limited resource planning:** While project templates are included, this plan does not offer more advanced resource planning features. - **Add-ons come at a cost:** BigTime Foresight and BigTime Wallet are available as add-ons, which can further increase expenses. **Premier plan** The Premier plan, at $45 per user per month, is designed for businesses that require advanced project management, resource planning, and invoicing capabilities. This plan includes features, such as project profitability and utilization forecasts, plans vs. actuals reporting, and skills and demand-based planning. Pricing for Foresight Connect is custom and requires contacting BigTime for details. **Conclusion** After analyzing BigTime's pricing plans, it's evident that they offer a range of options designed to cater to businesses of various sizes and complexities. - **For small businesses or startups:** The Essentials plan is an ideal choice. At $20 per user per month, it provides a cost-effective solution with fundamental features, such as time tracking, expense management, and project management. While it may lack some advanced functionalities, it serves as a solid foundation for growing businesses. - **For mid-sized companies:** The Advanced Plan, priced at $35 per user per month, strikes a balance between affordability and functionality. With additional features such as client portals, custom reporting, and integrations with popular tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, it empowers businesses to streamline their processes and enhance client relationships. - **For larger enterprises or those with complex needs:** The Premier Plan, at $45 per user per month, offers a comprehensive suite of features. From project budgeting and multilevel approvals to API access and extended support hours, it equips businesses with the tools necessary to tackle intricate projects and maintain a competitive edge. BigTime made my 200% more efficient, and their work lives much better!

BigTime surpassed our team's expectations. With so many competing demands from our vendors which we manage, it is hard to make sure everything you do, especially recurring tasks, is efficient and not a time-suck

Pros

Simple to use, huge value for price, highly rated within team

Cons

Had some issues enrolling / on-boarding some colleagues, with slow customer service response

Reasons for switching BigTime

BigTime had better value proposition of being able to look at time management overarching team-wise in order to make effective change

Bigtime is working great for our Firm

We just implemented Bigtime on February 1st, 2024. So far our experience has been great. Implementation was smooth and we received good support from our implementation manager, [sensitive content hidden]. Having been live for 6 months we are seeing the benefits and tweaking our setup and reports to get the best out of the product.

Pros

Customization of reports, ease of setting up projects and invoicing. Getting data out of the system for analysis and firm health is very accessible.

Cons

I really wish the Dashboards were more customizable. At this point they aren't giving us the snapshot we need for our firm.

Reasons for choosing BigTime

We put together a Focus group and demo'd 6 products. Looked at multiple areas. Checking boxes to see which could meet our needs the most. Bigtime came out on top as the system with the most matches to our unique firm needs.

Reasons for switching BigTime

We outgrew Autotask. Had to build too many work-arounds and management of system was cumbersome.
