  • Pros

  • Overall I have had a pretty positive experience with Bigtime and am optimistic that it will work out great for our company.
  • The system is easy to configure, easy to use and the support has been amazing. We're very happy with the system.
  • My overall experience with BigTime has been great, the software is easy to use and navigate, and the customer support has been fast and helpful in answering any questions I have had.
  • Cons

  • This makes it difficult to integrate BT invoicing directly into QB data. A problem made even more difficult given that all of our projects to date have been invoiced from QB.
  • There hasn't been anything we have disliked about the software just yet.
  • It can be confusing to some extent - one of our contractors, in this instance, had 2 profiles and was entering hours and expenses under the company name first instead of under his name.

  • The ease of use and great user interface make this one of the best pieces of software to use for cloud migrations.
  • Simple to use and administrator friendly. CloudM Migrate is a great migration tool to save valuable time and efforts during complex migrations.
  • CloudM Migrate allows us to move our customer's mail, calendar and contacts easily and effectively. We have been through several migrations and all have been a big success.
  • Cons

  • Someone on my team had made an error causing our migration to fail, and the CloudM team was there with us to troubleshoot every step of the way.
  • Nothing specific to call out as bad with this migration tool.
  • In the end, we abandoned our automated migration and completed it manually.
