  • Pros

  • We love the ability to change reports easily based on what is useful for us and to be able to adjust invoices fairly easily based on what each of our clients like to see.
  • The system is easy to configure, easy to use and the support has been amazing. We're very happy with the system.
  • Overall I have had a pretty positive experience with Bigtime and am optimistic that it will work out great for our company.
  • Cons

  • This makes it difficult to integrate BT invoicing directly into QB data. A problem made even more difficult given that all of our projects to date have been invoiced from QB.
  • There hasn't been anything we have disliked about the software just yet.
  • It can be confusing to some extent - one of our contractors, in this instance, had 2 profiles and was entering hours and expenses under the company name first instead of under his name.

  • Overall, my experience has been very good. Customer service is quite good and they really do work to make the customer happy.
  • I tried the free trial of MA and was instantly impressed, it just works! and is very easy to use. I moved onto the cost effective paid version and have been impressed with it so far.
  • Having the ability to have all information in one database is extremely important for our company during our audits. This product is very good.
  • Cons

  • I quit using Fiix about 4 months into our second year. Lots of time lost entering in the information sadly.
  • Fiix support seems to be very limited. For example, the search function in RFQs does not search the supplier, it is searching an address field, rendering it virtually useless.
  • They have also refused to refund monies we paid for training despite acknowledging that the training has not been done - which is just theft.
