  • Pros

  • We love the ability to change reports easily based on what is useful for us and to be able to adjust invoices fairly easily based on what each of our clients like to see.
  • The system is easy to configure, easy to use and the support has been amazing. We're very happy with the system.
  • Overall I have had a pretty positive experience with Bigtime and am optimistic that it will work out great for our company.
  • Cons

  • This makes it difficult to integrate BT invoicing directly into QB data. A problem made even more difficult given that all of our projects to date have been invoiced from QB.
  • There hasn't been anything we have disliked about the software just yet.
  • It can be confusing to some extent - one of our contractors, in this instance, had 2 profiles and was entering hours and expenses under the company name first instead of under his name.

  • It seems like a stable platform and very user friendly. They have awesome support between the myIQMS site and live tech reps it is great to know they are looking out for you.
  • Very good fit for our business (plastic injection molding). Standard costing system is good to excellent.
  • IQ has provided us a very solid and reliable resource to manage our business. From the start, we have been able to gain control, and better manage our inventory, production and order backlog.
  • Cons

  • Disappointed - wrong move - guided in the wrong direction.
  • It is significantly more costly to change and fix than doing it right the first time...including with this software.
  • The WMS portion is a disaster. Pick module a nightmare.
