Pros
- Overall I have had a pretty positive experience with Bigtime and am optimistic that it will work out great for our company.
- The system is easy to configure, easy to use and the support has been amazing. We're very happy with the system.
- My overall experience with BigTime has been great, the software is easy to use and navigate, and the customer support has been fast and helpful in answering any questions I have had.
Cons
- This makes it difficult to integrate BT invoicing directly into QB data. A problem made even more difficult given that all of our projects to date have been invoiced from QB.
- There hasn't been anything we have disliked about the software just yet.
- It can be confusing to some extent - one of our contractors, in this instance, had 2 profiles and was entering hours and expenses under the company name first instead of under his name.
Pros
- With its intuitive interface, powerful automation capabilities, and top-notch security features, the platform is an excellent choice for organizations seeking to optimize their Kubernetes workloads.
- It is easy in use also I like the Multi-Cloud support which helps user like me who switches between multiple cloud choices.
- Kubernetes Platform have great capabilities in terms of application development and application management and cost savings.
Cons
- Terminal commands are confusing for beginners.
- Difficult to resolve errors. Setup is quite difficult for new users.
- It is a bit costly, but I expect the new features will adjust the cost soon.
