  • Pros

  • We love the ability to change reports easily based on what is useful for us and to be able to adjust invoices fairly easily based on what each of our clients like to see.
  • The system is easy to configure, easy to use and the support has been amazing. We're very happy with the system.
  • Overall I have had a pretty positive experience with Bigtime and am optimistic that it will work out great for our company.
  • Cons

  • This makes it difficult to integrate BT invoicing directly into QB data. A problem made even more difficult given that all of our projects to date have been invoiced from QB.
  • There hasn't been anything we have disliked about the software just yet.
  • It can be confusing to some extent - one of our contractors, in this instance, had 2 profiles and was entering hours and expenses under the company name first instead of under his name.

  • We appreciate how it flows and accomplishes so much with ease. There is definitely a learning curve, but that is common with any seriously good software.
  • They are extremely knowledgeable, quick to help, comprehensive, incredibly patient, and will help you with whatever questions you have, no matter how many times you ask.
  • Overall, I feel this has been a great product for us. It is awesome to be able to get files quickly and securely from my clients without using email.
  • Cons

  • Current support for Mango Billing is horrible. It took support 4 months to get back to us about an import error that we experienced at the beginning of tax season.
  • You can email, attempt calls, leave messages... they're going to say their working on it but then never tell you what the problem is and why it's taking so long.
  • We were 'forced' due to a change in staff to implement before we really wanted to convert - but it would have been foolish to train new staff on OLD ImagineTime and NEW Mango.
