  • Pros

  • Overall I have had a pretty positive experience with Bigtime and am optimistic that it will work out great for our company.
  • The system is easy to configure, easy to use and the support has been amazing. We're very happy with the system.
  • My overall experience with BigTime has been great, the software is easy to use and navigate, and the customer support has been fast and helpful in answering any questions I have had.
  • Cons

  • This makes it difficult to integrate BT invoicing directly into QB data. A problem made even more difficult given that all of our projects to date have been invoiced from QB.
  • There hasn't been anything we have disliked about the software just yet.
  • It can be confusing to some extent - one of our contractors, in this instance, had 2 profiles and was entering hours and expenses under the company name first instead of under his name.

  • I love that it is so easy to use. It makes it very convenient to open the APP and enter in the issue and have someone in the appropriate department come take care of it.
  • Me and also team liked this software, our experience is very positive. Very supportive program.
  • So far my learning experience has been amazing with the simplicity of the program.
  • Cons

  • Upkeep should also have an alert text or email warning the administration that there there was no entry for the services by the repair crew that day.
  • Not a lot of options to edit how reports print out. Also frustrating to have to upload photos and documents one by one rather than be able to drag multiple documents into a work order.
  • A little confusing in its interface and with a little onboarding and a little time consuming and slow when learning.
