Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use. Love that it integrates with Quickbooks. Support is always quick and knowledgeable. Great for on-the-go time & billing tracking.

  • Excellent app. We have been using for 3 years and was the best investment. User interface is very intuitive, integrates easily with quickbooks and the customer support is EXCELLENT!

  • Cons

  • Can't do some more granular stuff we need, like weekly (rather than monthly) resource allocations, and there are some necessary workarounds, but it still is going to save us so much time.

  • It was easy enough for me but another employee had a little trouble inputting data, but luckily the customer service helped out!

  • Pros

  • Great product for the money. Very easy to use. Mobile app functionality is great. Messaging is very easy to use on both ends.

  • The software is very easy to use. Even our older employees are able to learn how to edit their hours, and the app works great!

  • Cons

  • Administration can be a little clunky due to "action area" issues in their code, but overall a good tool.

  • Sometimes this app can end up being seen as over detailed and confusing, but once you get into it, it's easy to use.
