Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I appreciate the flexibility and intuitive programming as well as the timely response to all technical support and customer support questions.

  • This product is project based which is great for the A/E industry. BQE provides great support and is always available when we call for support.

  • Cons

  • The learning curve was a little steep at first, but it's worth it. I had to invest the time to learn the program, just like we invest time to learn any new technology or software to do our jobs.

  • Sometimes there are hiccups- but mostly user error. The support is great when challenges occur. It would be nice to be able to customize reports a bit more, but honestly it is a great product!

  • Pros

  • I love how it easily connects to Asana. It has a clean interface. It is easy to use. It generates clear reports.

  • I like how it integrates with Chrome and Asana and takes us away from using spreadsheets. This is what I enjoy the most.

  • Cons

  • The tool is great, however the time in "My Week Entries" is rounded to full hours. That's not a big problem but I think it'd be better if it was the exact time.

  • The basic time tracking feature is very easy to use, but if you want to work with more complex tasks, you may need some help.
