  • Pros

  • I appreciate the flexibility and intuitive programming as well as the timely response to all technical support and customer support questions.

  • This product is project based which is great for the A/E industry. BQE provides great support and is always available when we call for support.

  • Cons

  • The learning curve was a little steep at first, but it's worth it. I had to invest the time to learn the program, just like we invest time to learn any new technology or software to do our jobs.

  • Sometimes there are hiccups- but mostly user error. The support is great when challenges occur. It would be nice to be able to customize reports a bit more, but honestly it is a great product!

  • Pros

  • its easy to use. Everyone loves to use it and can figure it out very quickly. The gif feature is great.

  • This is a great collaboration application with lots of features

  • Cons

  • The amount of features in this software could be overwhelming for some. However, with time it can be a huge assistance to any company.

  • It can be difficult to navigate and learn at first, but once you have the hang of it is a daily tool to help you manage your day and communicate with your team.
